If your package doesn’t appear when tracking with a UPS or DHL number, it may currently be in transit from our overseas warehouse to your country. Tracking updates will become available once the shipment clears customs or reaches the local courier. Please check again on the official tracking page after it arrives in your country.
Not all items are shipped domestically — some new products are dispatched directly from our international warehouses. For these overseas shipments, delivery may take a little longer than usual.
If you have any questions about your delivery status or estimated arrival date, please contact our official customer support with your order number. We’ll check your order promptly and provide you with an update as soon as possible.
We currently accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major international credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, etc.).
Please note that cryptocurrency and convenience store payments are not available at this time.
In the unlikely event that your item is damaged during transit, our team will provide priority support and resolve the issue quickly. However, damage not caused by our store (e.g., mishandling after delivery) is not eligible for return or exchange.
