Order cutoff, processing and shipping

Order cutoff: 2:00 PM Los Angeles time (Pacific Time, PST/PDT). Orders placed by the cutoff enter processing that day; orders placed after it enter processing the next day.

Processing takes 2–5 calendar days. We fulfill orders Monday through Sunday. Transit takes approximately 7–14 calendar days after dispatch, in addition to processing time.

Shipping is free on all orders to the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, and France. Shipping cost: $0, with no minimum purchase.

For pre-sale products, any later dispatch date is stated on the product page before purchase. Transit takes approximately 7–14 calendar days after dispatch. We will email you if special circumstances affect your shipment.
