This website is operated by SEKACAMP. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to SEKACAMP. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Online store terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
2. Products and pricing
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without notice. Prices are shown in the currency of your selected market. We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your display will be accurate.
3. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limits on quantities purchased per person or per order, or suspected fraudulent orders. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.
4. Shipping and returns
Order cutoff: 2:00 PM Los Angeles time (Pacific Time, PST/PDT). Orders placed by the cutoff enter processing that day; orders placed after it enter processing the next day.
Processing takes 2–5 calendar days. We fulfill orders Monday through Sunday. Transit takes approximately 7–14 calendar days after dispatch, in addition to processing time.
Shipping is free on all orders to the United States, Australia, the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, and France. Shipping cost: $0, with no minimum purchase.
We do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges for products with no initial defect or problem at delivery, including a change of mind or personal preference. This restriction does not affect quality-related after-sales service or mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights.
